Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced nectarine (about 3)
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced, seeded jalapeno
  • pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup diced, peeled avocado

Directions

  1. Combine everything but the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Gently stir in avocado.
