Ingredients

  • 1 c warm water
  • 1 package of yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 c of flour
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and oil in 20 hard strokes. (Don't overmix)
  3. Let rest 20 minutes.
  4. Flour your hands, and divide into two portions.
  5. On an oiled and cornmealed pan, pat the dough into an ~ 11 in. circle using your hands.
  6. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and add toppings. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
