Easy Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 1 c warm water
- 1 package of yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 c of flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water
- Mix in flour, salt, and oil in 20 hard strokes. (Don't overmix)
- Let rest 20 minutes.
- Flour your hands, and divide into two portions.
- On an oiled and cornmealed pan, pat the dough into an ~ 11 in. circle using your hands.
- Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and add toppings. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
