Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar (for dinner crepes (ex: ham & cheese), decrease sugar by 1/2)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  1. Mix flour, milk, sugar, eggs, and oil in bowl. Batter should be runny.
  2. Heat medium size nonstick frying pan to medium heat.
  3. Spray pan with cooking spray (only on first crepe).
  4. Place 1/4 cup batter in pan an switch around until bottom is covered. Cook on both sides like pancakes.

Serves four people.
