Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar (for dinner crepes (ex: ham & cheese), decrease sugar by 1/2)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
- Mix flour, milk, sugar, eggs, and oil in bowl. Batter should be runny.
- Heat medium size nonstick frying pan to medium heat.
- Spray pan with cooking spray (only on first crepe).
- Place 1/4 cup batter in pan an switch around until bottom is covered. Cook on both sides like pancakes.
Serves four people.
