Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz premade pie crust
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup pecans

Directions

  1. Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Flute as directed.
  2. In medium bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, margarine, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Stir in pecans. Pour into the pie crust lined pan.
  4. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
