Cheese Bake
Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- Parmesan cheese
- Mozzerella cheese
Serve with garlic bread and salad.
Directions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Stir with spaghetti sauce; turn to low.
- Cook noodles. While noodles are cooking, preheat oven to 350°.
- In a separate bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, green peppers, and green onions.
- In a baking dish, spread half of the noodles over the bottom. Top the noodles with half of the meat sauce. Top with half of the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with mozzerella.
- Repeat the layers. Sprinkle mozzerella and parmesan over the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
