Balsamic Roast Beef
Ingredients
- 3 – 4 lb chuck roast
- 1 c beef broth
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves minced garlic
Directions
- Place beef in slow cooker. Combine other ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over the beef.
- Cook on high 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- (Optional) Reduce the drippings in a saucepan to concentrate the flavor. Shred the roast and let sit overnight in the juices before storing in the fridge.
